What should I know before placing an order for delivery?
All deliveries are made by our drivers to ensure we are confident that we are taking the utmost care and safety of deliveries. We only offer a delivery time slot of 9 - 5pm each day, however if you need your delivery before a specific time please reach out as we will often be able to prioritise your delivery so you receive it on time.
What days do you open?
From January 2022 we will only be open Wednesday - Sunday. Our team will be enjoying a much needed break on these days however we will still be monitoring our socials and emails, responding to your requests.
I can't select the date I want
If we are booked out for a specific day, the date will not be able to be selected on the website.
Can I send your grazing boxes as a gift?
Of course! 90% of our orders are sent as gifts. Add a note and contact number at checkout or you can purchase one of our cards which can be purchased from the gift section of our website.
Be sure to leave a note so that the recipient knows who the delivery is from as none of our deliveries are sent with the billing/invoice information.
What happens if the recipient is not home when the courier is attempting delivery?
Orders will be left at the front door if the recipient is not home to accept the delivery. As a small business, re-deliveries are not currently feasible for us so it is extremely important for the recipient to be available to take delivery on the selected delivery time.
We encourage you to add a phone number to the order so we can contact the recipient if we have any issues during delivery.
How far in advance do I need to order?
You can wait until 3 days before your intended delivery date or event. However we recommend order asap to avoid disappointment as we generally book out weeks in advance (especially during peak times)
What are your delivery fees?
We offer a flat rate fee of $15 for delivery Sydney wide. Delivery within 10km of Oran Park is free and we also offer a free pickup service from our home in Oran Park.
How do I know your availability?
There is a calendar where you can book your date during the checkout process. Unavailable dates will be blacked out.
If you would like to order for a date that is unavailable please contact us via email and we can try our best to accomodate your order.
Do you cater for people with dietary requirements or allergies ?
Yes! We can do gluten free/dairy free/vegetarian/nut free & halal platters
However , if you or the recipient have a severe allergy please note that we cannot guarantee our products are completely free of traces of allergens such as gluten or nuts .
Can we customise our grazing box?
Yes! We want to create the perfect box for you so please let us know if you have any special requests, dietary requirements or allergies.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand some situations come about that our out of your control. As we are a small business we do have a strict cancellation policy but we do assess each cancellation on a case by case basis. Contact us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations
- Cancellations notified three weeks (21 days) or more: Nydelig Kitchen will refund the full amount paid.
- Cancellations notified two weeks (14 days) or more: Nydelig Kitchen will issue a credit note
- Cancellations notified seven (7) days or less : Nydelig Kitchen will retain the full amount paid.
