Brownies have always been a favourite here at Nydelig Kitchen but I wanted to create something that was sensitive to allergies and healthy but still have the naughty chocolate taste that we all love. The brownie has a decedent chocolate foundation and a beautiful fudge like texture. This dessert is healthy and also rich in flavour - a small piece satisfies all your afternoon sweet cravings.
This mixture was designed to be made with children - it’s simple method allows for a smooth cooking experience.

All you need to add is coconut oil and the liquid from a can of chickpeas (or an egg if you don’t wish the mixture to be vegan).
